  I needed a way to keep moving while still ensuring that I still have time to spend with my newborn and the needs of my other children.

Welcome to the wonderful and colorful world of Shadrach’s Collection. This site is dedicated to Moms – both first timers and veteran ones who are dedicated to making their babies and children the center of their world. I love being a mompreneur! The flexibility to work on my own time in my own home is a priceless gift. I created this website to all moms who are also craving community.

My name is Jen, I’m a mama of four and founder of Shadrach’s Collection. I became interested in babywearing when my third child (Shadrach) was still an infant. It was then that Shadrach’s Collection started. I needed a way to keep moving while still ensuring that I still have time to spend with my newborn and the needs of my other children. It was a tough start, and it felt like taking care of four children were demanding that needs a lot of attention and care.

Babywearing saved me! It is a powerful tool for a lot of parents. For me, it’s more than that. I simply can’t imagine how I could have cared for my children without it because babywearing is a convenient way to give generous physical contact to my babies. It enables me to pursue my own interests, passion and pleasures.

Being a mompreneur definitely comes with its own highs and lows. The biggest challenge has been the “juggling act” of trying to find a balance between family, ministry, community and businesses. It has been a journey driven by loads of passion, but it hasn’t been an easy one. I found when I am doing something that gives happiness to others, I get the energy and will power to go the extra mile. I want to magnify my existence by helping others and be true to what I value most.

Here at Shadrach’s Collection, more than baby wraps and slings, we acknowledge our social responsibilities and are keen to provide jobs and support to our local weaving communities.

We offer a wonderful collection of woven Baby Wraps, Ringsling and Cloth Diapers. Shadrach’s Collection wants to help keep Moms hip and trendy in their babywearing, breastfeeding and cloth diapering journey.
